Long before Milano’s Pizza occupied this building on Elm Street, it was the home to Roscoe Coburn’s Garage. Roscoe was a life-long resident of Milford and served in WWI and as a Milford Selectman. Pleasure House of Pizza opened here in 1979 and eventually became Milano’s Pizza which has been in this building for more than 3 decades! The photo was taken by Milford’s Bernice Perry on December 4th, 1948.
